For Art Düsseldorf, nouveaux deuxdeux presents the works of the artists, Steffen Jopp, Mona Schulzek, Sophie Schweighart, Ludwig Stalla and Ayaka Terajima.
The fair presentation brings together five artists engaging with the theme of 'Panic Attack' through distinct individual practices. Each explores notions of resilience, transformation and strategies of protection in their own way, translating states of tension and vulnerability into processes of expression, reflection, and artistic experimentation. The works on view open up spaces for contemplation, offering viewers both an intimitate and critical encounter with the emotions shaping our contemporary world.
Ayaka Terajima has additionally been selected for a curated section sculpture spots 2026: from momentum to structure, where her ceramic figures will be presented throughout the fair, engaging directly with movement and encounter.
